A Belleville Law Firm That Is Truly Responsive
While many firms promise to return phone calls, at the Wilson, Dabler & Associates, L.L.C., it is a commitment. We return phone calls and answer emails as quickly as possible in an organized and accountable manner. We understand the impact that your case is having on your life. We strive to answer questions and assuage concerns as they arise. You will not get the run around here.
We strive to educate and inform our clients on every step in the process. Family law matters can be frustrating and challenging for clients as they make difficult decisions. Likewise, a DUI charge or traffic ticket can raise many questions and concerns.
Our Belleville-based lawyers help make decisions more understandable, giving you a clear perspective on what is going on and what might lie ahead in the case. We work to make sure that you have sufficient knowledge to face each decision with confidence.
Skilled Help With Military Family Law Matters
We are aware of the unique challenges facing military families as they deal with family law situations. In fact, we have added a staff member who has personally worked with officers and generals on a major U.S. Air Force base in Europe, bringing in-depth knowledge to this area of law.
If you are facing a military divorce, division of property or parenting issues in Illinois, contact us for a knowledgeable consultation.
Providing Mediation Services
We strive to point our clients to the most peaceable resolution possible. We offer mediation services and often recommend that approach. Attorney Susan Parnell Wilson has been a licensed mediator since 1993, and our experience suggests that families that have the opportunity to talk through their goals and concerns in an open and honest setting reach agreements that are more likely to be honored in the long term. Attorney Heather Dabler, who recently became certified as a domestic mediator, brings to the table over 10 years experience in litigating family and personal injury cases. The 40 hour course, which she attended in January 2017, provided instruction in not only traditional mediation, but also collaborative mediation and other cutting edge concepts.
To schedule a mediation appointment, which would include both parties, please contact us today at 618-235-1600.
